We worked with our clients who were collaborating with the NHS to provide extensive products to support a variety of public bodes with different standards and terms and conductions for the purchase of supplies.

We ensured simple purchasing procedures through either direct purchase or reverse e-auction, all with value for money provisions.

We provide ongoing support to clients as they manage frameworks.

We supported our client, a Fire & Rescue Service, in the procurement of a new command and control system for their HQ and for roll-out across the county’s fire stations.

We used the restricted procedure with two lots which, due to the nature of the bidders, resulted in complex and changing procurement issues, including use of the negotiated procedure. The team drafted all documentation including contracts with bespoke drafting for timely installation, integration and maintenance.
